We usually ship items within 48 hours of receipt of the order, and delivery usually takes 10 days.
Some items are produced and completed upon receipt of the order, so it can take 2 to 3 weeks to reach the delivery address.
Once the item is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number so you can always keep an eye on the location of your order.
If there's a problem with your order, if it's the wrong size/ color, it turns out to be faulty or it's not what you wanted, notify us and we will refund you.
You do not have to return the product (*). Easy right?
Tell us what went wrong, send us a photo and we'll return the full amount: you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method -remember that the bank or credit card issuer may take a few days to process the refund-. (*) Please note:
- the return of the article is requested in the following cases:
- the product is not damaged;
- the product does not meet customer expectations (even if it's undamaged);
- the customer has selected the wrong item/size/color;
- the refund is requested no later than 15 days after receipt of the package;
- the product must be returned in its original packaging in order to best preserve it during transport.
Please check the item upon receipt of the parcel and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged or wrong. This will allow us to handle the refund quickly and efficiently. Thank you!
